Staunch Phone System Voice Mail Escalation Service and Priority Routing

Sun, 20 Mar 2011 22:38:00 GMT

We use 3CX Windows based VoIP Phone server and either Yealink or Cisco phones for all of our recent VoIP installations.  A need that was recently brought to our attention was the need to have an afterhours emergency response system.  Our customer needed to allow customers to leave a voicemail afterhours and then have a team of support engineers be able to get the message and acknowledge that the message was received.

We did some searching and found that most solutions out there required proprietary software and had expensive reoccurring costs associated to them.

After a some deliberation we decided to build our own emergency notification and escalation solution.  We use open standards and an internet based VoIP carrier to reliably deliver voicemail messages to various teams in priority and with escalation to higher levels.  We call this service the Staunch Escalation Service.  There is a simple web GUI that is used to program the system to support as many team members as you want with up to 4 tiers or levels of escalation.  See the management screenshot below:

There is no software installation or per-call fees.  We build your solution for you and can have you completely setup in a matter of minutes.  If you are interested in this amazing service.  Please contact sales@staunch.us or call us at 352-505-4567 for a demo.
